Harry started the company in 2005 having worked in the Derivatives environment for over two decades. He began his career at a AAA German Landesbank called Helaba and worked way up from 'Back to Front office' learning a range of products whilst there. Worked on a number of exchanges in London, Chicago and New York (for Cargill Investor Services); the most prominent 3 being the CME (Chicago Mercantile Exchange) the CBOT (Chicago Board of Trade) and as well as 10years as a broker on the Liffe floor (London International Financial Futures Exchange).
Harry's first job on the floor was as a 'Link' man; the job involved quoting the markets and providing flow for brokers and clients. This isn't a new thing for him and it's very much a skill honed over a number of years.
He also ran a Bond Broker desk on the Liffe floor with clients ranging from Global Hedge Funds to AAA rated Banks
