Q. When I logon for the 'Omega' delayed squawk I don't hear anything, is there a problem with the player?
A. As you are listening to a delayed feed please allow a couple of minutes for the player to buffer the stream. Also remember that there are times when there will be nothing to squawk so you will experience times of 'dead air' during the broadcast.
Q. I click the launch button once I've logged on but I get a message on the Player saying that "Your account has expired" Despite not having used the service before?
A. This can occur on some browsers. It is best to clear your cookie/ history. For Internet Explorer this is found if you navigate to Tools - Internet Options and for Chrome go to the far right of the browser to the 'spanner' symbol, 'Clear Browsing Data' and then ensure you tick 'Empty the cache' and 'Delete Cookies'.
